Upon arrival, we adjourn to an Ostrich Farm. You will be taken on a guided tour to learn about the breeding and ranching of these fascinating birds. An ostrich lunch will be served prior to your ostrich tour. After lunch, we proceed to the Cable Station where you will have the opportunity to reach the top of the world famous Table Mountain by cable car, if weather permits. Enjoy the crisp air and clear visibility as you savour what must be an experience of a lifetime. Thereafter, proceed for a half day Cape Town City tour. The ultimate ‘Mother City’ experience – designed to orientate you and give you an insight into the magic of Cape Town. Drive by the historical Malay Quarter - this area of narrow, cobblestone streets and mosques is notable for its distinctive architectural style, the houses of Parliament, the City Hall and the Castle of Good Hope - restored fort of Cape Town. D03 CAPE TOWN 29 MAY 2008 After breakfast, depart on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. This tour brings you to the Atlantic suburbs, Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay to Hout Bay, where you embark on a boat ride to Seal Island, if weather permits. Thereafter, continue on to Mineral World, a gemstone factory. A lobster lunch will then be served. After lunch, drive along False Bay to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve before reaching Cape Point, and ascend to the highest point. Continue the tour driving into Boulders Beach and see the penguins. Drive past Simon’s Town, an old naval base, Muizenberg, Fish Hoek. Thereafter, if time permits, spend some time at the vibrant Victoria & Alfred Waterfront where a variety of shops, boutiques, pubs, restaurants that cater for every taste. D04 CAPE TOWN 30 MAY 2008 After breakfast, proceed to Greenmarket Square Flea Market for some curio shopping. Then continue with a tour of the colourful Bo-Kaap (Malay Quarter).This tour will include guided tour of the Bo-Kaap Museum, and a guided walking tour of the Malay Quarter, passing oldest Mosque, oldest house, first farm house & oldest cemetery. Lunch will be served at Bisemillah. After lunch, proceed to Century City – Africa’s largest shopping and entertainment Center that was open in October 2000 and it has more than 400 shops. Century City is not just another shopping mall, from its breath taking architecture, design details and the sweep of its spacious malls, from the murals reflecting art through the ages to magnificent giant sculptures to the live and multi-media entertainment. D05 CAPE TOWN / JOHANNESBURG 31 MAY 2008 After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Cape Town Domestic Airport for your flight to Johannesburg (domestic flight is not included). Upon arrival, proceed for a city tour of Pretoria with visits to the Voortrekker Monument, the Union Buildings and Church Square - a street where many historical buildings have been retained including the Parliament House. Lunch will be served en-route. After lunch, travel to Sun City, otherwise known as “The City That Never Sleeps” via shuttle. Upon arrival at Sun City, the remainder of your day is at leisure, left for you to explore this magnificent city on your own. Today, you may discover the many myths and legends from Africa’s distant past, which surround The Lost City, a photographer’s dream come true with its magnificent ancient architecture and beautiful landscapes. D06 SUN CITY – freeday – Own activities 01 JUNE 2008 After breakfast, the rest of the day is free at leisure. For those who would like to try their luck in winnings, there are many casinos and jackpots available here. For sport enthusiasts, enjoy a game of golf at any one of the two championship courses here or try watersports of any form imaginable at Waterworld, a man-made lake. An exciting day awaits you! Tonight, dinner is served at The Calabash. D07 SUN CITY / BAKUBUNG 02 JUNE 2008 After breakfast, we check out from hotel travel to Bakubung Bush Lodge via lodge’s shuttle service. Arrive in time for lunch (at own expense). In the late afternoon, set out in open-top bush vehicles for a guided game drive through the vast Pilanesberg National Park with an opportunity to view & photograph the abundant wildlife at close range, while your ranger explains the animals’ survival tactics in the wilderness and witness the breathtaking African sunset along the way. Tonight, enjoy dinner served at the lodge. Overnight : Bakubung Bush Lodge Meals : Breakfast / Dinner at Lodge
D08 BAKUBUNG / JOHANNESBURG 03 JUNE 2008 After breakfast, check out from lodge and proceed for Gold Reef City Tour (closed on Mondays), which is a reconstruction of Johannesburg during the gold rush era, built around a gold mine. Included in this tour is a descent down an old gold mine shaft to learn how gold was extracted in the past and get to witness molten gold being poured and watch exciting tribal dancing. (Please note children under 5 years old are not allowed to go underground to the mine). Lunch will be served en-route. After lunch, we continue with a brief city tour of Johannesburg. Visit Downtown Johannesburg, the Stock Exchange and De Beers, George Harrison Park (where gold was first discovered) and Bosmont (a Coloured area). D09 JOHANNESBURG 04 JUNE 2008 After breakfast, we take you through the streets of the sprawling township of Soweto, scene of the tragic riots in 1976. Despite its crowded, chaotic conditions, there is still a tangible sense of community in these neighbourhoods that you cannot find in the orderly, walled surburbs. Few who venture into Soweto are unmoved by what they witness. Thereafter, we depart for Lesedi Cultural Village. Lesedi is a multi cultural African village set amongst pristine bushveld and rocky hills where families from the Zulu, Xhosa, Pedi, live in their traditional homesteads. Guest to Lesedi arrive at colourful “Kwa Khayal’hle” Ndebele village and proceed for a short visit to some of the tribes. Enjoy a tribal show and lunch will be served in the village. After lunch, travel to Bruma Market World (closed on Mondays) with over 620 specialty stalls with a wide variety of African arts, crafts, collectibles, fashions and fabrics from all over Africa to entice you. Tonight, dinner will be served at a local restaurant.

By furnishing you with this quotation, BESTOUR & TRAVEL & IT’S ASSOCIATES does not guarantee availability of the services required. In the event that we are unable to confirm the actual services requested, we will replace them with similar ones at no extra cost. However, should services of similar standards become unavailable, we will upgrade the services. Should there be any additional charges incurred, we will reserve the right to charge accordingly. TOUR PRICE The prices specified are all quoted in RINGGIT MALAYSIA unless stated otherwise. Please be aware that any changes in itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances may result in increase of pricing. PAYMENT A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The remainder 50% payment is to be made 14 days to departure, together with the rooming list or names. Should we not receive the 50% deposit upon confirmation, all rooms will be automatically released. For bookings made within the 30 days period, a 75% deposit is required upon confirmation. The remainder 25% payment is to be made 7 days prior to departure. All payments are to be made by cheque and payable to BESTOUR EU-US SDN BHD or otherwise advise. CANCELLATION Please note that all hotels in South Africa are extremely strict on cancellation and have a one month (30 days) cut-off date policy before the group arrives. In the event of any cancellation (10 days) before the cut-off period, pending group size, you may be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee. Should you cancel after the cut-off date, full cancellation fees will apply. Should the booking be made within the 30 days period and cancel anytime thereafter, full cancellation fees will apply.
