Location
Le Meridien Commodore is superbly located in the Hamra district
of Beirut, near designer shopping malls and only 15 minutes
transfer from the airport. This is a lively area and only a
short drive from downtown, the business district and the beach. |
Rooms
The rooms are large, modern and superbly equipped. Bathroom are
also large and clean, having both bath and shower. Rooms are in
good condition. |
Restaurant
The hotel has 2 restaurants; a famous and extremely popular
Japanese restaurant, an a la carte fine dining restaurant called
La Brasserie. Snacks are also available in the lobby bar as well
as 24 hour room service. |
Exterior
The exterior is extremely modern and attractive in design. |
Lobby
The lobby is of a medium to large size, well-lit and modern in
decoration. Three large lifts are available. The reception leads
to the famous press bar where international journalists
congregated during the civil war, and Benihana Japanese
restaurant. |
