This hotel is close to the main railway station and only a short
walk from the old bridge and the main shopping area. |
Rooms
The rooms vary a little in size, but on average they are medium
sized. They are housed in three interconnecting buildings and
are extremely comfortable, decorated in modern style with bold,
contrasting colourschemes with classy wooden flooring. The
marble bathrooms are in the same exceptional condition as the
rooms. |
Restaurant
There are several restaurants at the hotel, all of them
supplying excellent cuisine. There is the Thai restaurant, which
serves exotic foods in exotic surroundings. There is the
Penthouse famous bar on the top floor which enjoys panoramic
views over Lucerne, as well as a traditional cafe/coffee shop
and a more informal, modern restaurant serving American/French
cuisine. |
Exterior
It is a modern purpose built property which very much resembles
an office block. |
Lobby
The lobby is small but, by the clever use of mirrors, appears
much larger. |
General
Considering how busy the hotel is, it is run very smoothly by
